v) The year of service defined in this clause is the year of service only for the purposes of salary clause 8. In particular, this clause does not affect the definition of service within the meaning of Term 23, annual leave; Clause 25, sick leave or clause 26, Long Service Leave. (vi) This clause does not relate to the registered birthday of nurses for the purpose of moving to the next year of service.10 Service AND EXPERIENCE RECOGNITION (i) The employer informs each nurse in writing of the requirements of this clause at the time of the nurse`s employment. If the employer does not indicate this, the requirements of this clause will not begin until the employer does. (ii) from the start date of employment, the nurse has three months to provide her employer with documents relating to other “services” or “experiences” within the meaning of section 2 definitions that were not disclosed at the time it began. This evidence may take the form of a statutory statement in the absence of other evidence. iii) Until the nurse presents such quality, provided in (ii) above the employer, the nurse pays the nurse at the level for which the documentation was reproduced. (iv) if, within three months of the start of employment, a nurse presents proven evidence of other previous benefits or experiences that were not disclosed at the time of the start, the employer pays the nurse the appropriate rate from the start date, which would have been paid from that date, if the additional evidence had been provided on that date. v) When a nurse expects a nurse to provide proven evidence of other previous services or experiences that were not disclosed at the time of the start after the three-month expiry, the nurse receives a rate appropriate to the previous benefit or experience, which is then proven, but only from the date the employer is made available. (vi) A nurse who works as a nurse for more than one organization informs each employer, as part of this bonus, within one month of the expiry of each shift of work that worked with these other employers during the last quarter. (vii) A nurse entitled to travel to the next year of service or experience (due to hours worked with other employers) must justify this right within three months of the date of application. If this evidence is provided, the nurse is paid at the higher rate from the time in question. If the evidence is provided outside the three-month period, the nurse is only paid at the higher rate from the date of proof.11 AVERAGE OCCUPIED BEDS To determine the adjusted daily average of busy hospital beds, each newborn is considered half the patient and 700 ambulances registered per year as a busy bed.
The average is taken for the twelve months that end on June 30 of each year, and this average refers to the salary of the following year. Each employer submits to the association of the prepaid letter, issued on July 31 of each year, a written statement indicating the adjusted daily average of the beds occupied for the twelve months prior to June 30.12
